Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying various parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
